One shell for chat, terminal access, metrics, and operator auth.

The 3007 shell now exposes actual route handling for /chat, /dashboard, /login, and /cli while proxying real data from the CLI service on port 3004.

Domain target

uniphil.ch can terminate into this shell once nginx and TLS routing are applied.
